This application has been filed to appoint M/s.Mukundan & Company, Auditor to audit the accounts of Pachaiyappa's Charity (18 accounts) for the years 202223, 2023-24, 2024-2025 at the remuneration of Rs.11,000/- per year.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
