Heard Mr.M.P.Vairakkannan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Tippusulthan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted as per the Order of this Court a sum of Rs.3,07,501/- has already been disbursed to the petitioner and the balance amount will be disbursed to him within a week.
