This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 8 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 17.12.2022 in M.P.No.426 of 2020 in M.C.No.388 of 2019 on the file of the VI Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Mr.Rohini Ravikumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order, and list the matter for admission in usual course. 08.08.2023 vum R.HEMALATHA, J.
