2. Heard Mr.S.S.Rajesh, learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that all the suit properties except item 5 are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the entire cause of action has arisen at Chennai, except the fact that the second and third respondents/defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Hence seeks leave of this Court to sue the defendants 2 and 3 on the file of this Court. http://www.judis.nic.in
