ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.367 of 2024 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, C1 Sriperumbudur Police Station, Kancheepuram District and to file final report within time as may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that it is a case of man missing. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner who is the wife of the victim, the FIR in Crime No.367 of 2024 has been registered on 04.05.2024.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
