ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the offences under Section 9(m), 9(n) and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, instead of offences under Sections 9(m), 9(n) and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and Section 9 of Child Marriage Act in the order dated 13.05.2026 passed in Crl.OP.No.11986 of 2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy.
