Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents namely, The District Collector of Krishnagiri, The District Revenue Officer of Krishnagiri and The Tahsildar, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 01.10.2018 and take action to provide a patta to him in respect of the land an extent of 2 acres in S.No.627/7, Beerjepalli Village, Halekotta Taraf, Hosur Taluk (Now Soolagiri Taluk), Krishnagiri District within a time to be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Mr.J.Purushothaman, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the representations dated 23.06.2017 and 01.10.2018 made by the Petitioner have been rejected by order No. Na.Ka.2023/2019/A1 dated 07.08.2019 passed by the Third Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to him to work out his remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
