ORDER
The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the second respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry and to register a First Information Report in accordance with law against the seventh and eighth respondents.
2. The learned party in person, present in Court and on arguing the matter, would submit that the complaint was originally sent on 08.04.2024 and 2/5
has been pending for more than a year.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent 1 & 2 would submit that, after due application of mind, a detailed enquiry file has now been opened vide proceedings No.DE.61/2025/SW/TVL dated 03.06.2025 and depending on the outcome of the detailed enquiry process, further proceedings would be resorted to.
4. In view thereof, recording the same and directing the second respondent to expedite the enquiry, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
