This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the Trial Court in the above Crl.O.P.No.9598 of 2026 which was ordered by this Hon'ble Court on 17.04.2026 as "Judicial Magistrate No.1, Alandur" instead of "Judicial Magistrate at Shoinganallur".
2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and issue fresh order copy forthwith.
