This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to enter a remark of ''The order of Subordinate Judge, Perundurai in O.S.No.59 of 2017 which is registered as Document No.3057/2020 is not binding upon the Document No.791 of 2020'' in the Encumbrance Certificate in respect of Document No.791/2020.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Needless to state that the petitioner without approaching the respondents to address his grievance, the petitioner straight away filed the present writ petition. This Court is of the view that the petitioner has no cause of action for filing the present writ petition and hence, the writ petition is not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
