....Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent set aside the election conducted on 25.06.2023 for the respondent association and consequently, direct the second respondent to conduct fresh election for the Tamil Nadu State Weightlifting association.
