ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to stay the construction by the trespasser in the patta property of the petitioner with a consequential direction to take necessary action against the trespasser.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 04.06.2026, the 1st respondent had registered an FIR in Crime No.91 of 2026 dated 03.06.2026 for the offence under Section 329(3) of BNSS Act as against the 4th respondent herein. 3.Recording the submission made by him, the 1st respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
