2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objections to the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3 In view of the submission and endorsement made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
