Habeas Corpus filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu S.Mageshwari, W/o.Neelamanikandan, aged about 30 years and N.Tharun, S/o. Neelamanikandan, aged 7 years before this Court.

2. The petitioner has matrimonial discord with the third respondent's daughter, who is his wife. A minor child, born out of the wedlock, is present with the petitioner's wife. The petitioner wants the custody of his son. The remedy is to move the jurisdictional Family Court or Civil Court for appropriate relief by filing an appropriate GWOP. The Filing of an Habeas Corpus Petition is not appropriate.
