At this stage, when the authorities have already initiated proceedings for removal of unauthorised developments by issuing notice to respondent No.6 on 25.07.2025, the purpose of filing this Public Interest Litigation (PIL) stands served. Therefore, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending, but to dispose of it. Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
