The petitioner is called absent.

2. The prayer for a certiorari calling for and quashing the summons dated 19.12.2014 from the Sub - Inspector of Police, Papparapatti Police Station, Dharmapuri District in connection with the CSR.No.357 of 2014.

3. At the time of admission of this Writ petition on 23.12.2014, interim protection was granted by this Court to the effect that, pending Writ petition,

the respondent shall not intervene with the civil disputes between the private parties.

4. Mr.Alagu Gautham, learned counsel appearing for R1 to R5 circulated a copy of written instructions dated 15.12.2022 to the effect that CSR No.357 of 2014 has itself been closed on 19.12.2014, the authority noticing that the disputes between the parties are pending resolution before the Civil Court. The parties have thus been directed to pursue the resolution of their disputes before the Civil Court. With this, the challenge to summons dated 19.12.2014 is not pursued any longer.

5. This Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
