(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Petitioner has come forward to file the instant Habeas Corpus Petition inter alia alleging that the detenue Seetha, aged about 23 years, is under the illegal custody of the respondents 3 and 4.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, detenue is present. During enquiry, she submitted that she is living with her parents and she also filed a petition for divorce. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
