ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 524 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No. 295 of 2026, dated 12.03.2026 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur District.

2.Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition No.(i) imposed against the petitioner by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur District, vide order dated 12.03.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No. 524 of 2026 is relaxed in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 21-05-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MSM
