PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the 6th respondent herein to give Police protection to conduct temple festival and cultural program as scheduled to be held on 09.06.2025 to 03.07.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025. ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the sixth respondent herein to give Police protection to conduct temple festival and cultural program as scheduled to be held on 09.06.2025 to 03.07.2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2025. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that they will consider the representation and pass orders.

3.Since the festival is fixed on 09.06.2025, the respondent shall do 2/5

well to consider it well in advance and pass orders in accordance with law. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) shall inform the respondent and the respondent shall act without the production of the certified copy of this order. Further, the parties may also act on the website uploaded copy of this order.
