2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of a 'notice dated 12.03.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

3. Mr.M.Karthik, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Adverting to support affidavit, learned counsel submits that original impugned notice was affixed in the door of writ petitioner and hence, the writ petitioner was not able to produce the same. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to the support affidavit, which reads as follows: https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page Nos.1/2

No.18405 of 2024 M.SUNDAR, J., and K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J., mk 'I respectfully submit that the original impugned notice dated 12.03.2024 has not been served to me directly and it has affixed in the door of my house. Hence, I couldn't able to produce the same. Hence, it is just and necessary to dispense with the production of the original impugned notice dated 12.03.2023 at present. Otherwise the petitioner will be put to much trouble and hardships.'

5. The above reason is accepted for the limited purpose of dispense with prayer in captioned WMP without expressing any other opinion in this order.
