This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the above appeal against the impugned order dated 22.12.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8247 of 2023 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Chengalpattu.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 106 days in filing the appeal stands condoned.
