2. The petitioner herein has given a representation on 26.02.2026 to the second respondent.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 26.02.2026 and pass a formal order as per law and on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
