ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.5(b) that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M., until furthers in Crl.O.P.No.10824 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the Petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. Other conditions imposed therein remains unaltered / intact.
