.....Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.86/2018/Kow.4 dated 07.11.2020 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and thereby direct the 2nd respondent to renew the license of the petitioner in FL3 license No.41/2012-2013 on merits and in accordance with the provisions of Tamil Nadu Liquor (License and Permit) Rules, 1981.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had given a letter dated 07.01.2022 to the registry to list the matter for the purpose of withdrawal and hence, the matter has been listed today under the caption "For Withdrawal". 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
