The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that these writ petitions are liable to dismissed as infructuous as the petitioner has challenged the Order-inOriginal No.04/24/040/70/AM 05 dated 02.08.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent/Joint Director General of Foreign Trade which has been dismissed by the Additional Director General of Foreign Trade vide order dated 21.05.2015 and 25.05.2015 in his proceedings bearing Ref.No.F.No.11/175/2012-13/ECA-I. 2.Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
