CRIME NO.132 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for execution of the bail bonds as per orders of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.No.11261 of 2021 dated 01.07.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.M.RAHAMATH ALI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 01.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time for executing the bail bonds.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to execute the bail bonds.
