This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14775 of 2022 that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- to the defacto complainant by way of Demand Draft within a period of two weeks from the date on such payment and production of acknowledgment, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000 /- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14775 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14775 of 2022 dated 05.07.2022, accordingly, this petition stands dismissed and time is extended till 11.08.2022 to the petitioner to comply with the condition as ordered by this Court. 01.08.2022 Lpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
