Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of th petitioner's representation dated 05.04.2023 (requesting them to remove the wall and any obstruction put up on the northern side in T.S.No.1770/2 adjacent to her property (viz., T.S.Nos.1767 and 1770)). 1/4

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 05.04.2023 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the property bearing Door No.7, Anna Indira Gandhi Road (Nellukkara Street0, Kancheepuram Town 2nd Division, Kancheepuram Town having purchased the same under Doc.No.85 of 2023 on the file of Joint Registrar, Kancheepuram dated 04.01.2023. On the southern side of the petitioner's property there is a public street and the only entrance to the petitioner's property is in the southern street. It is claimed by the petitioner that the third respondent herein had constructed a Wall on the northern side of the Road in TS.Nos.1770/2, 1784 & 2/4
1785 curtailing the petitioner from having access to the public road. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 05.04.2023 requesting them to remove the Wall to enable her to have access to the property.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the representation has not been considered by the respondents till date.
4. Mr. C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.R.Gopinath, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the third respondent.
5. In view of the limited prayer made in this Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.04.2023 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3/4
