NO.127 School Education Department dated 28.04.2011 and to quash the same and consequently grant notional promotion to the Petitioner to the post of Joint Director of School Education, based on 2013 panel with all consequential and other attendant benefits and revised pension and other retiral benefits on that basis within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
