The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to consider his representations and to pay his pension from 01.09.2012 to 31.01.2016 and to continue the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, Pension Payment Order in TN/AB/ 0227317 dated 23.02.2016 has been issued and arrears also paid and hence nothing survives for adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
