dated 21.06.2018, 23.06.2018 and 25.06.2018 on merits after giving the opportunity to the petitioners herein within a stipulated time frame and consequently direct the respondents herein to maintain the status quo till the disposal of the petitioners' representations dated 21.06.2018, 23.06.2018 and 25.06.2018 in S.F.No.640/4 of Damotharaalli Village, Pochampalli Talu, Krishnagiri District, S.F.Nos.469/1A & 469/2A of Chelliyampatti Village and S.F.Nos.444/1, 444/2, 445 & 446 of Alliyur Village, Palakkode Taluk, Dharmapuri District respectively.

For Petitioner : Mr.M.Easan (in all W.Ps) For Respondents : Mr.S.Pavesh Kumar, (in all W.Ps) Central Government Standing Counsel (R1) Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, Additional Government Pleader (R2) Mr.V.Kalyanaraman for M/s.Aiyar & Dolia (R3) C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners being the absolute owners of the land covered in S.F.No.640/4 of Damotharaalli Village, Pochampalli Talu, Krishnagiri District, measuring 3.80 cents, S.F.Nos.469/1A & 469/2A of Chelliyampatti Village, Palakkode Taluk, Dharmapuri District measuring an extent of 1.00 cents and S.F.Nos.444/1, 333/2, 445 & 446 of Alliyur Village, Palakkode Taluk, Dharmapuri District measuring an extent of 7.22 cents, have been doing agriculture.

All of a sudden, the 3rd respondent made arrangements to erect HT Tower for 800 KVA Power Transmission Routes from Pugalur to Raigarh through the petitioners' land. Although the petitioners objected for taking the HT Tower for 800 KVA Power Transmission Routes over their lands, it was not considered. Subsequently, the petitioners approached the 2nd respondent with their objections. But till now no action has been taken on their objections. It was further submitted that the respondents shall be injuncted from proceeding with the erection of the HT Tower for 800 KVA Power Transmission Routes through the petitioners' lands.

2.At this stage, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that two weeks time may be given to consider the petitioners objections and the representations made by the petitioners.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the 2nd respondent is hereby directed to consider the pending representations and applications made by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In the meanwhile, there shall be an order of status quo. 5.In the result, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
