This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.02.2023 made in W.P.No.5397 of 2023.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that, the order of this Court has been complied with and in support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order of the respondent Thasildar, Ponneri, dated 16.08.2023, wherein even though the plea of the petitioner for grant of patta having been considered was rejected, since the order of this Court has been complied with, no further persuasive action is required in this contempt petition.
