O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the judgment dated 06.12.2022 passed in W.A.No.2249 of 2022 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.John J Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as against the Judgment of this Court dated 06.12.2022 in W.A.No.2249 of 2022 , SLP has been preferred by the Respondent in S.L.P.( Diary)No.31973 of 2023, before the Hon'ble Apex Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 18.09.2023, has granted interim stay. He has also produced the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court to that effect.

3. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed giving liberty to the parties to work out their remedy depending upon the outcome of the aforesaid SLP, pending before this Hon'ble Supreme Court. [S.V.N,J.,] [M.S.Q,J.,] 21.09.2023 arr 2/3
