2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner.

4. However, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and thereafter file a charge sheet or closure report as the case may be, after due intimation to the petitioner.
