ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent-police not to harass the petitioners. 2.

Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submits that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, an enquiry was conducted by the first respondent in C.S.R.No.234 of 2026. He further submits that the petitioners were called only for the purpose of enquiry and were not harassed during the process. He also submits that the complaint has now been closed on 26.04.2026 itself and therefore, the presence of the petitioners are not required any further. 3.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 21-05-2026 VKR
