(delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect as under: "Since the writ petition becomes infructuous, so the petition may be withdrawn."
