The writ petitioner seeks issue of a writ of prohibition prohibiting the respondents 1 and 2 from appointing Adhoc Committee for the West Chinthamani Mosque Waqf, pursuant to the notice dated 08.06.2023.
2. Mr.S.Haja Mohideen Gisthi, learned Senior Standing counsel who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that based on the resolution of the first respondent, dated 14.06.2023, an Advisory Committee was constituted consisting eight members for the 3rd respondent Waqf.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Senior Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous and consequently the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the resolution passed by the first respondent constituting advisory committee for the 3rd respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
