Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 483(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to modify the condition that each of the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore in Crl.O.P.No. 10035 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026 by this Court. ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10035 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026, "that each of the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore".

2.After hearing the submissions made by the learned Counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10035 of 2026, dated 21.04.2026, wherein, the relevant Paragraph No. 6 which reads thus:

6.that each of the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore.

3.The rest of the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10035 of 2026, dated 21.04.2026 shall remain unaltered. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is ordered. 21-05-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MSM Note:- 1.Registry is directed to forthwith upload this order in the official website of this Court.
