These two applications have been filed seeking to permit the second applicant to operate the first applicant-partnership company's current account with the second respondent viz., City Union Bank, Hosur Branch Code No.147, Krishnagiri District with Current Account No.510909010042617 and OD A/c.No.512020010016559 singly pending arbitral proceedings.

2.It is the contention of the applicants that now the bank has permitted the applicants to operate the bank account from the last one month.

3.Such view of the matter no direction is required and the bank shall continue to permit the applicants to operate the account. The details of the transaction shall be filed as and when required by the Court.
