To direct the respondent to keep a post of Graduate Assistant Teacher in Chitlapakkam block vacant, pending disposal of the Contempt Petition.

O R D E R

These Contempt petitions have been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 20.01.2017 in WP.Nos. 21121, 21127 and 21122 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 20.01.2017 made in WP.Nos. 21121, 21127 and 21122 of 2013 which is the subject matter of the instant contempt petitions have been complied with vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1210/A4/2019 dated 17.10.2019.

The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petitions are closed and notice is discharged. Consequently, the connected sub-applications are closed.
