ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 29.01.2019 in W.P.No.4119 of 2014 directed the respondents to pay the difference of scale of pay from 24.11.1970 to 01.06.1988 and also consequential pensionary benefits eligible to him within a period of twelve weeks. Since the order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and out of Rs.75,000/-, Rs.46,028/- has been paid to the petitioners and the remaining amount will be deposited in the treasury.

3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed, as no further adjudication is required in this petition.
