ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition as the relief sought in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2.

In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court finds that nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
