Writ petition filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ in the nature of writ of declaration declaring the action of the third respondent insisting the petitioner to act as per indemnity bond while returning certificates and other papers is against law laid down by the Hon'ble High Court of Madras and consequently directing all the respondents particularly the third respondent to return the amount of Rs.5,60,000/- (Rupees five lakhs sixty thousand) collected from the petitioner.
