Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court on the petitioner herein by order dated 19.01.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.1121 of 2018 relax the condition pera 3(ii).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.DEVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C. IYYAPPA RAJ, Addl. Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This is a petition filed for relaxing the conditions imposed by this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.1121 of 2018 by order dated 19.01.2018.

2. By the said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition for more than 40 days without fail.

4. Considering the compliance made by the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered with the following modification that, the petitioner, hereafter shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required.
