Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to Writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the Notification dated 18.01.2016 published by the 1st respondent for recruitment of Multi Task Hospital Worker for the Primary Health Centers including the 3rd and 4th respondents PHC bearing reference No.Nil as published by them in the Thina Thanthi Newspaper dated 19.1.2016 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, vindictive, consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to regularise the services of the petitioners services as RCH-Aya, Multi Task Hospital worker or any other equivalent post w.e.f. the date she has been working in the 3rd and 4th respondent viz. 1.4.2000 together with pay fixation, service and all consequential benefits.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the Notification dated 18.01.2016 published by the 1st respondent for recruitment of Multi Task Hospital Worker for the Primary Health Centers including the 3rd and 4th respondents PHC bearing reference No.Nil as published by them in the Thina Thanthi Newspaper dated 19.1.2016 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, vindictive, consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to regularise the services of the petitioners services as RCH-Aya, Multi Task Hospital worker or any other equivalent post w.e.f. the date she has been working in the 3rd and 4th respondent viz. 1.4.2000 together with pay fixation, service and all consequential benefits.

It is seen that even on the date of filing of this writ petition, the petitioner was over-aged, as she was 39 years, whereas the maximum age limit for Backward Community is 32 years. Now, she is aged about 47 years and no useful purpose will be served in

keeping this writ petition pending as the petitioner does not possess the requisite qualification with reference to age. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected W.M.Ps. stand closed.
