This writ miscellaneous petition has been taken out to substitute the writ petitioner's name with his Legal Representatives, who are petitioners 1 to 3 in this miscellaneous petition.

2. The affidavit filed in support of the said petition is perused and it is seen that pending the writ petition, the petitioner died on 12.10.2017 and being the Legal Representatives, the petitioners 1 to 3 being entitled to continue the writ petition, sought to substitute themselves in the place of the writ petitioner.

3. Considering the prayer in the writ petition and the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this Court finds that the petitioners are proper and necessary parties and the original cause also survives the death of the writ petitioner.

4. Hence, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 23.06.2023 (1/2) arb Note:
