as "Judicial Magistrate-I, Villupuram" instead of "Judicial Magistrate at Thiruthani".

2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Crl.O.P.No.12339 of 2026, dated 13.05.2026 and issue a fresh order copy. The petitioner is granted further time till 10.06.2026, to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 12339 of 2026 dated 13.05.2026."
