the academic year 2026-2027, by considering the petitioner's representation sent through email dated 14.05.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Court which enable the petitioner Institution to participate in the admission process for the academic year 2026-2027.

Heard Mr.R.Shivakumar learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner wants to start an Institution in the name and style of "ESSK Nursing College" from this academic year and conduct B.Sc. (Nursing) Course. The learned counsel states that the application was submitted way back in June 2025 and inspection was conducted in November 2025 itself. Therefore, the petitioner wants to dispose of the application by the first respondent.

3. No exception can be taken to his request. The petitioner sent a reminder on 14.05.2026. I direct the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible taking into account the fact that the matter has been hanging fire and pending for more than one year.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
