PRAYER IN W.P.No.13127/2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records from the respondent relating to his impugned decision of the 242nd Meeting of SRC, NCTE dated 14th - 16th April, 2013 and quash the same as far as it relates to the petitioner in item No.70 (APS08940) relating to the withdrawal of recognition to B.Ed course is concerned and further forbear the respondent form in any way withdrawing the recognition granted to the petitioner namely, Sandarvadhanam College of Education, Pappakudi Main Road, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District-608 301. without conducting proper inspection on the petitioner institution for verification of records.

2. Recording the above said submission, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
