Application No.2836 of 2020 has been filed to implead the proposed 24 th respondent herein as the legal heir of late Sampath, the deceased son of R.Rathina Naicker, the testator herein, as party respondent in the above O.P.No.174 of 2017.

2. Application No.2837 of 2020 has been filed to amend the name of the 18 th respondent as L.Kumaresan instead of L.Kumar, in the short and long cause title and wherever it is necessary in the above O.P.No.174 of 2017.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, the above applications are ordered.

5. Post the main petition on 04.01.2021 after carrying out the amendments.
